We’re not your classic formal PR firm. Instead, we’re down to earth, so please don’t expect formal boardrooms.
It’s impossible to have a standard schedule when it comes to crisis management. Every case is different. This is a simple example.

The hardest part is that we will need to have a conversation and find out the truth about what is happening. It is much harder to fix the situation if we do not know the truth. This conversation will only ever take part with you and Lauren, the Founder of Honest London.
There will be an NDA signed before this.
Preparing a response
Although hiding from what's being said about you or pretending it's not happening seems the most comforting option. Unfortunately, it won't make it go away in most cases. We will be here to help you intelligently respond to the media and put any negative press arising from the crisis to bed.
As we all know, a crisis can destroy your brand, wiping away lucrative opportunities, and we don't want your hard work to diminish. We’ll work hard on repairing the damage and even try and improve your reputation while squashing/removing awful stories before they hit national attention.
Message development (statement, press release & more)
We will work closely with you as a team to prepare copy and comments to aid in mending your bruised reputation and brand. In addition, we offer our expertise on the many different outlets available for you to showcase your statements and discuss which channels would work best for your image.
While we prepare your response, we put together a strategy for your social media channels, PR, events and so on to be ahead of the game. Then, we'll adjust according to public reaction.

Honest London wants to ensure your name is always protected, and one of the fastest ways of repairing damage from a crisis is by first responding on social media channels.
Our extensive digital management fills the internet with favorable content that we can manage and control ourselves, ultimately overpowering the negative press while we work to remove it. We will work as a team with you until the PR crisis is tamed. We help and do whatever it takes.
We've planned and executed videos, written scripts for online video apologies, directed the videos, and in most cases, will have the majority of negative press removed. We will help you with whatever is needed.
